Most messages that go wrong at work go wrong on tone, not content. A late reply that reads as annoyed, a request that sounds like a demand, a vent that slipped into a client email. This tool keeps what you meant and rewrites how it lands.
It removes slang, sarcasm and filler, keeps your facts and dates, and usually comes back the same length or shorter. You stay the author: read it, tweak a word, send.
Examples
hey so the files you sent are wrong again, i need the right ones by tmrw or we're screwed for the launch
Hi, it looks like a few of the files aren't the latest versions. Could you send the updated ones by tomorrow? We need them to stay on track for the launch.
Can't make the meeting lol, something came up. Just tell me what I missed.
Unfortunately I can't attend today's meeting. Could you share a quick summary or the notes afterward? Thank you.
Good for
- Replying to a client or manager while you're frustrated
- Turning rough notes into something you can post in a work channel
- Writing to HR, a landlord or a school office
Questions
+Will it change what I'm saying?
It shouldn't. The tool is told to keep your facts, names, numbers and the request itself, and to change only wording and tone. Give the result a quick read before sending, especially anything with dates or money.
+How is this different from the email rewriter?
This page is tuned for any short work text: chat messages, comments, notes. The email rewriter focuses on full emails with a greeting and sign-off. Both use the same engine, so pick whichever fits.
+Do you store what I paste?
No account is needed. Your text goes to our AI provider to make the rewrite and is kept briefly in a cache so a repeat request comes back faster. Nothing becomes public unless you tap Share, and Share removes emails and phone numbers first. Don't paste passwords or account numbers.
+Is it free?
Yes. You get 25 free rewrites a day with no signup.
